Francesca's career in the wedding industry began in Atlanta, GA before moving to South Carolina with her husband in 2021. Not only is Francesca an incredibly talented floral designer & organized planner- she has an absolute heart of gold, cares for our couples so well and has a personality filled with joy & laughter. Francesca's attention to detail & artistry provide immense value to our team & ensure our clients with always have an exceptional experience! 

In her spare time, Francesca enjoys spending time with her husband Trent, fur baby, Tucker & pouring love into her baking business, Frost by Fran. Fun Fact- Ashleigh & Francesca randomly met when she designed cookies for an event & they've been an inseparable duo ever since!

Meghan Tavernier

PLANNER 

Meghan is also part of the "OG" Ashleigh Craft Design team. She's been on board since the beginning & plays a role in many areas throughout the planning process! You'll often find Meghan working through day-of hard goods & place settings but most importantly- she leads the charge in caring for the bridal party on wedding day! Meghan focuses on keeping the pre-ceremony timeline in check and ensuring the bride is calm, cool & collected throughout the day! She's often holding the bridal bouquet, fixing the veil & train, bringing all the water & snacks and making sure every need is met. Trust me, there's an art to managing 20+ adults- keeping the day on schedule & making sure everyone has fun but Meghan does it with such organization & kindness. 

Meghan lives in Anderson, SC with her husband Josh & two children- Joshua & Magnolia. When she's not working weddings & being a full-time wife and mother, she's a party planning lover! You should see her sweet kiddo's birthday parties- she has such a gift for making events special!

AUSTIN CRAFT

co-owner, transportation specialist & inventory manager

After many years in the Hospitality Industry, it only seemed fitting that Austin would join the team as Ashleigh set out to make wedding magic happen! Austin has played a huge role in each & every AC Design wedding (dating back to the very first, when Austin & Ashleigh got married in 2012!). He's our resident transportation specialist, inventory manager, floral mechanic aficionado & breakdown expert. Austin is always behind the scenes working to improve our efficiency & offer a helping hand wherever it may be needed. You'll often find him processing blooms, stuffing invitations, hanging day- of signage and coordination & executing the quickest & most organized sparkler send-offs! 

When he's not working weddings, Austin is educating future Chefs at The Culinary Institute of the Carolina's, being a stellar girl Dad to Grey & spending time on the water as an avid fisherman.
